Training

Wind River Kooikers is now accepting Kooikers for obedience training.  While here for training, they will NOT be kept in the kennel but will stay in my house and be incorporated into my household with my personal dogs.  I feel strongly that these special little dogs to need be continuously stimulated with normal every day exposures.  I feel that kenneling them would be hugely detrimental to them emotionally and intellectually and may add to or initiate temperament issues.

We take a maximum of 2 client Kooikers per month.

****Obedience training is a 60 day min at $1250 a month.

To help your dog succeed while they are here, we ask prior to coming they be crate/house trained.

Your dog will need to be current on vaccinations including rabies prior to drop off.  Ideal age for beginning training is 5 months or older.

Training fees include food (unless they are on a specialty food) but does not include flea/tick/wormer meds.
